Horrible practice. They never get back yo you. My mother has been without her medication for days and we need Dr. Ryan to sign off on it. No response. You want a quality practice? Don’t come here.
Dr. Ryan and his staff are excellent. We have been under his care for many years and can’t imagine using any other doctor. He’s very thorough, caring, and always goes above and beyond to make sure we have what we need. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!
Today attempted to contact Dr Patrick Ryan on behalf of an elderly patient who lives alone, has no close relatives, and has been admitted to the hospital. I called 2 different #s and it goes straight to voice mail “Your call is very important to us. Please wait for the next available agent or press 0 to leave a message.” Waited for someone to pick up and they never did. What is the point in making an appointment, and being on time if you have to wait an hour to be seen! I am handicapped, and still get to my appointments on time! Dr. Ryan is cold and sarcastic! Today he told me to get lost! Threw me to the curve! GREAT WAY TO TREAT A PATIENT WHO HAS DEPRESSION ISSUES, AND NEEDS IMPORTANT MEDS! I GUESS, I DON'T HAVE A DOCTOR ANYMORE!!!
