I would not recommend Chad for roofing. Chad is not a licensed contractor and cannot pull the necessary permits required for a new roof. We had fire Chad after having our roof replacement take over 17 days (still wasn't completed) and was left open so we had rain/snow inside. His price was good and a nice guy, but couldn't meet expectations.

We have had a terrible experience with Agan Roofing. We hired him to do our roof in November 2015 and by May found a major leak that destroyed most of our son's bedroom ceiling. They came out to fix it but the roof is still leaking. Throughout both the original roof replacement and the repair he would repeatedly not show up or respond to messages asking why he hadn't shown up.
