I repeatedly hear what sounds like an animal (possibly a squirrel) in my apartment and reported this to management. I was told no action would be taken without evidence, despite the ongoing noise and my concerns as a tenant with an infant. I was also repeatedly informed that I could be charged for maintenance requests, which made me hesitant to continue reporting issues. From our very first dealings with A.G. Secure Property Management in Barrie, of being shown the property we eventually moved into, to the several times we've requested service or information, we have always experienced prompt, respectful and friendly exchanges with all their staff. As tenants, we do feel that our concerns are heard and addressed to the best of their ability. We highly recommend them.
November 15, 2017 They have no idea what their renters are doing to the property. Have had to look at bags of garbage in front of property that is under their management on my street. Wildlife has ripped it open. I don't think this company even drives by at random to see what the hell their rents do. So disgusted!! I would give them a big fat ZERO if I could.
