This management company is decent. They answer my maintenance requests promptly, fix issues, work with me, respect my space, take complaints seriously and I have slowly come around and warmed up to them. The transition from my old independent landlord to a property management corporation was not easy at all but I now feel that I can trust AG with my needs and they know as long as I’m living in this home, it may be a little cluttered with toys or belongings here and there but will always be fully taken care of and never filth... read more

I have been here 9 years and I've had number of workers come in and do some work, there's been few workers that are standing out with a job well done well Educated and respectful and sharing on knolage, I've had some work done on Electrical outlets and light fixtures, Aaron was the worker that did light 💡fixtures he did a excellent job friendly respectful person. From our very first dealings with A.G. Secure Property Management in Barrie, of being shown the property we eventually moved into, to the several times we've requested service or information, we have always experienced prompt, respectful and friendly exchanges with all their staff. As tenants, we do feel that our concerns are heard and addressed to the best of their ability. We highly recommend them.
