Our entire first year renting from AG Secure Barrie has been my worst rental experience to date. I do understand that individual landlords are behind the paperwork and make final decisions, but my review is solely based on lack of customer service, communication, efficiency, and accountability. Horrible experience. It’s been well over a month now that our window has been constantly leaking. They don’t care, it’s. Not an urgent matter to them… they don’t take into consideration of others or their tenants. Our roof has animals living in it, our roof has no insulation due to said animals. We’ve put in multiple reports you guys have acknowledged this and responded once at the beginning of February. but it’s been over a month and you’ve done nothing, said nothing, haven’t even bothered to come see your damn unit….. ... read more
A.G. took over the management of my property in the past year and they've been great. Very responsive to requests and their communication has been top-notch. Their appliance repair company 'Walter's Appliances' are also exceptional. Neil came out in a snowstorm right before Christmas and fixed our dryer quickly and efficiently and was super friendly and even helped us by climbing up a ladder clear out the dryer vent! Looking forward to working with A.G. in the future to further update my place.
For some reason I can't reply to your "feedback" I was a tenant of yours from 2019 to 2023 I believe. Also I've applied more times then just recently, like I said your application process is terrible, you deny people without properly checking the applications. You are extremely rude. Also you think you run a good business with good customer service. Which is very far from the truth. I do not recommend dealing with this property management business.
Recently I received a window repair from the Glass Dr.. my experience working with them was incredibly smooth. They were very professional, quick to respond and set up an appointment date. The repairman was very efficient with the repairs, was organized and extremely professional. I am very happy with my new window and the service I received.
