Horrible experience. It’s been well over a month now that our window has been constantly leaking. They don’t care, it’s. Not an urgent matter to them… they don’t take into consideration of others or their tenants. Our roof has animals living in it, our roof has no insulation due to said animals. We have used A.G. for a few years on 2 rental homes. They have been very helpful keeping them rented without us thinking about issues we might come across. They were also very helpful getting non-paying renters evicted. I have also recommended them to a few other 'rental owners'.
November 15, 2017 They have no idea what their renters are doing to the property. Have had to look at bags of garbage in front of property that is under their management on my street. Wildlife has ripped it open. I don't think this company even drives by at random to see what the hell their rents do. So disgusted!! I would give them a big fat ZERO if I could. The team at AG secure, always tries to help. Their contractors are always friendly, helpful and extremely competent. Nick from Trembletts pest control is a top rate guy. Always friendly and does his job well. I would highly recommend them. 100%
