I never rented before, moved in October of 2019 vacated February 2026. Any communications involved Stephanie, Kerry or Tegan during that time. This was important to me, they were familiar with the unit I rented and with me. There was no turn over of people, new to everything and me. I repeatedly hear what sounds like an animal (possibly a squirrel) in my apartment and reported this to management. I was told no action would be taken without evidence, despite the ongoing noise and my concerns as a tenant with an infant. I was also repeatedly informed that I could be charged for maintenance requests, which made me hesitant to continue reporting issues. November 15, 2017 They have no idea what their renters are doing to the property. Have had to look at bags of garbage in front of property that is under their management on my street. Wildlife has ripped it open. I don't think this company even drives by at random to see what the hell their rents do. So disgusted!! I would give them a big fat ZERO if I could.
