They've had my aunt's John Deere zero turn mower for over a month and have yet to even start working on it. She's 79 years old, my cousin and I mow her two acre yard for her, but are having to use an old worn out lawn tractor that takes 3 times as long to get it done, you would think knowing it being the mowing season and that they are apparently so back logged they would have offered her a rental or a lease mower or something.
