Perry just delivered my new to me zero turn about an hour ago I love it the hole staff in Ocala was a pleasure to work with there aren’t many dealers that care and work with their customer I’ll never buy anything else but Deere now and from ag pro Ocala thanks again Robert biggie
They did the for a recall on my transmission. A few months later I had a problem. I noticed the put the belt on backwards. They did it and then wanted $400.00 to fix it. I did It myself. Took pictures and posted it on Facebook and tagged them. They posted and said send a email with the pictures. I did exactly that and never got a response. It was all for show. Bought three machines from them and when it was time for my next they were not interested enough to give me a price after three request.
They stand by their parts and exchanged a defective one that I purchased a month ago. I highly recommend Ag-Pro to all my friends who have a John Deere. (Y)
