Service is horrible ! The scheduler hung up on me and I have 100s of thousands in equipment - by reading the comments below I’m in good company! You can’t run a business like this - idiots - but - I’m the idiot for trusting the John Deere name - it’s a constant battle - buy kabota!

The SERVICE department is horrible!!! The lady working back there never smiles and is rude. I brought my mower in there to have the steering fixed as it would only turn to the right. #1 They never mentioned a 99$ diagnostic fee #2 They called and said it would be between 600-700$ to repair the mower. We told them no thanks, we would come pick it up. I get there and the service girl does not even acknowledge me standing there, so I had to go to the service manager who tells her to pull my ticket.
