VERY Disappointed Sat 2/16, My family and came in for lunch, We were seated very quickly, here’s my issue we sat down in back room family and were watching Carolina vs Wake Forrest 13 min in half, ok 2/3 waitress were in this area no eye contact, no verbal contact, no one came to table to acknowledge we were there, The waitresses took care of the table all around us, It’s halftime now we been waiting for 15 min/ 20 min still no contact, feeling the lack of customer service my family and I left, to eat at better customer orie... read more

Always enjoy coming here when in Concord.
Just got home from our New Years Eve dinner outing. Very disappointed in our choice of places.. I really like going out in Afton but our dinner was really not good... my chicken was dry and tough, sweet potato fries soggy. Burgers were ok but sides were either burned or also soggy. Cheese dip and chips were greasy and cold. Probably will not be going back anytime soon.
Good food and service got food quick even if was busy not bad prices for the amount you get
extremely loud music not appropriate for Sunday family time, pizza undercooked. no 1000 island dressing...server was good but hamstringed by the kitchen staff ordered 3 pizzas 2 arrived with burnt crust and 1 underdone. explain that??
Great atmosphere; good food; kind and happy wait staff.
