Moved from the dylan a property in oceanside in May 25. Company sent falsified documents and attempted to defraud me for 3k. After 5 months I was able to catch the manager in a lie, with written proof, after being ignored by Afton managers and told I was in the wrong despite multiple pieces of evidence showing illegal activities by Afton and their property managers. I've lived here now for almost 8yrs. I left for awhile, moved up north, came back and rented Aurora again. Was a nice place then...then new owners bought and took over. Now this place has gone from nice to live, to dumb!!!!! Nothing can get done, walls need repairing. The floors used to be nice, now paint on floors. The more they want for rent, the less this complex looks and get fixed!!!
They had mold in one of their properties
