Friendly wait staff, quaint atmosphere. Don't expect Sheraton sized rooms or beds. This is an historic 150+ year old building dating back to the railroad building days. Enjoy it for what it is and you'll not be disappointed.
We stayed in riom #9. The room was very nice but it was very hot and uncomfortable. The room didnt have it's own temperature controls. We will definitely go back if they change that
The Afton House Inn is a wonderful place to celebrate. It is elegant, yet it was cozy for our party of 15. They were very accommodating and sweet from the moment I made the reservation to the picture in front of their stair case before we left. The food was delicious - very succulent. I thought it was to expensive for what you got the drinks should have been included in the price of the buffet less the alcohol.
Absolutely wonderful stay! We were treated like family, the room was big and beautiful, and the food at the Current Restaurant was wonderful! Todd was more than a great server! I am coming back this summer!
Loved it!! Service was great and dinner amazing. Slept like a baby. Breakfast was set up beautify. It was hard to leave. Can't wait to return.
