I hadn’t realized that I had not left the review that this company deserved last year when we had a biohazard incident and the insurance company for our family. Member was basically trying to screw our family over. Aftermath was there with us from day one and patiently assisted all the way through and I actually think about this every single week what we would have not been able to handle they made effortless by assisting us all the way. Jeff Jenkins was tech that came to help me. He was extremely professional and kind. Explained everything he was using and doing. Very satisfied with the service. Jeff is an as some guy and was incredibly helpful in this difficult time.
Jeffrey was very accommodating and pleasant to work with. I had to schedule this over the phone from across the country, and the process was seamless and easy.
Not a good company to work for! Since service master brought aftermath out but payed to use the name because it’s still popular. Aftermath never ripped customers off nor treated employees the was Steve Ford and the rest of Service Master does! I wouldn’t recommend working for this company or hiring them to do work in your home or business. Their goal is to raise all prices and rip off customers and insurance companies!!!!!!
