Spoke to Kaiser earlier in the day regarding after hours treatment which I needed Due to not being able to drive during the day, they confirmed this service is available until 9pm. I show up at 7pm learning all doors were locked. There were two other patients showing up at 7pm as well who needed their prescriptions and an urgent care appointment after hours. This is absolutely unacceptable especially during these times. All website show this building closes at 9pm... as a medical building this should not be happening.
