2737 east 56th street 46220 Suite A is the actual salon location and I want to share that the African lady named Miss Rose from New York, I believe that is her name, did such an amazing job on my two Goddess braids/ an Underbraid. She is very very very skilled with hair braiding and knew exactly what I was asking for, unlike ALL the other African hair salons that I visited and they didn't know how to do two big Underbraids. Very unprofessional, talk about American in they language so rude, dance while braiding hair, and hygiene is a problem when dance and smell musty arm, kitty kat and breath horrible...
The stylists here give top-notch service, truly pampering you during your visit. Walk out feeling fabulous every time!
A hidden gem. During my visit, I learned the owner has years of experience. She did a great job on my hair. She was not rough or rushed. Did a fantastic job sealing the ends and making sure the finished product met my expectations. And the show is bright and clean.
…I cannot begin to express how kind this shop was- my original braider (not them) became ill so I called around and they were able to accommodate last minute- they’ve been in business for almost 20yrs and I can completely see why- shop and restroom were extremely clean- due to having severe rheumatoid arthritis I had moments of massive pain- their spirits were so understanding, welcoming me breaks to stretch and walk if needed- it was just a great energy and peaceful vibe- absolutely love my knotless braids! very skilled bra... read more
