We are one of the only truly full service jewelers in town. We have a full collection of customizable engagement rings, we can work with your own diamond or show you a selection of diamonds to buy. This store has a friendly feel, in store watchmaker and jeweler, and reasonable prices. On Thursdays the store gemologist gives free verbal appraisals, so useful!
This is a wonderful, friendly store. I took my engagement ring in for tightening and cleaning, and they showed me how worn the prongs were. They gave me a great price, and their jeweler replaced the setting and had my ring back to me in two days! I really liked that my ring never left their store, and it looked amazing when it was fixed. PANDORA jeweler is finally in DC--I found this store on the PANDORA website, and I was pleasantly surprised at how friendly and helpful the staff at this store is. They carry much more expensive jewelry than Pandora, but they treated me like a special customer even though I only spent $100. I think that is the true measure of a store--quality service for every level of customer. Wish there was more parking around there...
DO NOT USE THE JEWELER! I took my vintage watch to Aframs for a polish and time correction and after three weeks and me calling once a week, they did not complete the work and they destroyed the stainless steel coating on the case. Then I told them about their terrible service, they insulted me. I'm sueing them and have reported them to the BBB.
