Despite the crowd during TI5 Grand Finals, the staff managed to stay friendly and positive! When there was some lag on our food they apologized, but it was totally understandable. Themed drinks were excellent too. My favorite was Storm Spirit. :) The lan area downstairs was also nice, with a staff member making sure we were able to get seats for our five-stack, despite a lot of chairs being moved from the PC area for watching the game. I'm definitely coming back. Drinks are fairly priced as well as the food. The menu item names are pretty creative. Community gaming area is chill and kick back. :)
