Morgan did a great job of cleaning my teeth. They felt so clean and my whole mouth felt tingly and good!
Dr Runyon did an excellent job explaining my treatment plan. She is professional and puts the patient at ease. Morgan did the same while taking my x rays and cleaning.
It was a wonderful experience. Everything was totally professional and up to date with the latest equipment available. Very thorough in every aspect of the examination and was explained in detail to truly understand what was being done. Staff especially Morgan and Krista as well as the other staff were excellent and very helpful in everything that was done. Dr Runyon was wonderful and truly a great caring dentist.
Excellent staff & take great care people whom come in. Also if thereâs any questions that might occur they are willing to answer & yet help you out with them if you might not understand completely. I been going there for a while & love it. I have no complaints but just keep up the great job & have a wonderful holiday & a new year thatâs yet to come. Everyone been a great help to me & my family. All thanks to the staff & continue to keep up the work & a beautiful smiles ðð½
The experience was fine and Iâm doing well.
Dr. Kilgore is a real professional. He explains everything so you can understand and works well with his assistants. The assistants Rebel and Jamie had a bit of a conflict. Seemed to be a power/control struggle. It made me feel uncomfortable and I know Rebel felt like she was treated like an incompetent. I had confidence in Rebels ability and told her so. I was experiencing severe pain on my left side of my mouth and they had me in within 2 hours. Once diagnosed had to make impressions for an apparatus to help with grinding my teeth, when I mentioned to the employee how Iâm working so many hours she found someone to do my impressions the same day so I wouldnât have to come back another time. Very greatful for the quick diagnosis.
From start to finish everyone was fantastic, friendly, professional and showed knowledge & caring for the patient (me)!
