I’m extremely disappointed with the billing practices at Afinia Dental – Mason. We have dental insurance with 100 percent preventive coverage, and before each visit I confirmed with the front desk that our plan was active and in network. Despite that, I recently received two invoices—dated January 2026—for services performed in 2024 and 2025. These were the first and only notices I ever received. I went to do dental filling, and now my molar got issues. So I changed the dentist now. This molar will need root canal (if no crack). I am getting infections and my new dentist has to prescribe antibiotics to control it.
Krista is very gentle and thorough always cognizant of my needs, even remembering that I need a neck pillow!!
I very sensitive teeth which makes it hard to be comfortable during a cleaning but Krista does an amazing job! Everyone there is focused on making their clients comfortable and get the best care.possible.
