Our salesman, ****, was very thorough when he explained the dual pane window structure (the high-quality materials that reduce noise and are airtight) and the window replacement process. We split our window replacements into two different dates about a month apart. They were very flexible with scheduling the install. When it came to installation 4 employees, (installers) arrived and immediately began the job. These were ***, *****, ******* and *****, all nice men. Now our feelings about the windows. I find it always easy to write up a complaint but seemingly less interested in following up when things are done right. This was an easy decision though and an easy recommendation to follow through with.Affordable Windows was Excellent. I make this recommendation due to their customer service and follow up especially with them having to deal with Covid-19 and supply line time delays. Had problems with the installation a few years later. They initially wouldn't warranty it (even though it's lifetime warranty), saying it's our own mistake (which it isn't). But they agreed to send someone out for the repair and this repairman wouldn't repair until you write yet another positive review while he's still at our house!The repair was sl... read more
