Horrible quality windows and doors. We spent over $40,000 to replace our windows and doors. 1. There was an internal scratch on one of the doors. 2. Most of the gasket trim fell off. The installer blamed the manufacturer. The manufacturer blamed the installer. They replaced it but it is falling off again. 3. One door we can not longer open. Completely locked up. Dale and John installed a bedroom window this am. They arrived on time and were very professional. They protected the work area with plastic. They removed and reinstalled my blinds. When they were finished, we went over the warranty. I asked questions about cleaning the glass and painting the trim. They answered all my questions and they cleaned up, when they were done. I would give them both a rating of 10. GREAT JOB!!
Great service , the guys came in and did what the do best , very professional, cleaned up quick. Windows are dual pane, energy efficient, and we added the tint too ,,, everything looks great . Thank you so much
Betty was amazing sales rep explained and sold me on product and the guys that came out today, Manuel Gerardo Travis and Rafael were freakin awesome! I’m single mom if 3 month old asked them to move all the furniture for me take down and out back up the blinds for me and clean up well and I am very picky! I am more than pleased with the entire process and service and install. I highly recommend Betty and especially Manny to get your home windows and doors replaced!
Excellent replacement windows and pricing compared to others. Their Customer Svc is the best. Installers were very respectful. The Sr Installer Dale, is amazing. He is very detail oriented. Highly recommend.
