Wow, the single worst experience I have ever had, with any company, ever. Say no to American Vision and to Anlin Windows. I own several properties both residential and commercial, and I have never experienced anything even close to this bad. Horrible quality windows and doors. We spent over $40,000 to replace our windows and doors. 1. There was an internal scratch on one of the doors. 2. Most of the gasket trim fell off. The installer blamed the manufacturer. The manufacturer blamed the installer. They replaced it but it is falling off again. 3. One door we can not longer open. Completely locked up.
