It's rare that you get more than expected (better service, quality product and installation) but that was my experience with Affordable Windows. This garden window installation meant drywall and stucco repair following installation and it looks perfect as in you'd never know it was an "add on" to the house. Plus it makes the kitchen look 20 years younger and more modern so comparing it's low cost to that of new cabinets or countertops or appliances this was a no brainer to have installed.....great work guys.
I had an issue with two windows, one was a lock and the other the window didn't stay open. I called and Bill came the same day. He was courteous and efficient. GREAT company to deal with. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for new windows. Thanks Toni Repp
We have had a very good experience with Affordable Windows. Our house is 32 years old with single pane windows. We finally had the opportunity to get new windows so we had four different companies come over to give us bids. Jason was very knowledgeable and we really liked the Daylight Max by Simonton because the frames are much nicer then the other window products that we saw. I am very impressed so far with the professionalism of this company and the excellent quality of their product. We need 3 windows replaced. Jason arrived on time, was not high pressure, fully demonstrated the superior effectiveness of their heat-resistent glass and operation of hardware, and wanted to ensure all my questions were answered. He was pleasant and kind enough to quickly fix one of the current windows that was jammed. I am so happy to anticipate our master bedroom no longer being the hottest room in the house!
Today affordable windows came out to measure up all of our 9 windows. The owner Jeff was super nice and friendly and the project manager jamie, was so sweet! i cant wait to have the installers come out and replace our windows!
Affordable Windows did an EXCELLENT window replacement job. Nick and Devon were at our house for 2 full days in July. They were super professional and worked diligently to get our windows installed properly (even in the HEAT). Affordable replaced windows for us in 2013 and we had the same great experience then. I would highly recommend Affordable Windows for your window replacement needs.
