Me and my wife came to this hotel for 3 days. When we first walked in the room it was roaches in the kitchen sink and on the kitchen counter. My wife went to ask the front desk lady if they could clean the room since it’s roaches. The lady at the front desk told my wife no, we couldn’t get our room clean cause we wasn’t stay there for 7 days. Front desk lady is very rude and unprofessional and I wouldn’t recommend staying at the place.

After traveling and planning ahead, the last thing anyone wants is to show up and find out the hotel decided to give your room to someone else. The staff offered no acceptable explanation for how this happened, and the whole situation was incredibly unprofessional and frustrating. Terrible experience we will not be back

Hi I happen to stay here while back me and a group of friends we was there for about two weeks and the rooms are really cozy the location was prefect and the housekeepers was nice and when I needed something they was right there to help me everything until I happen to notice your front desk lady happen to be rude to couple of your guest and one of yall guest had children with her and also she was talking about them behind there back when she walk off but she can set there with food and her vape out where you could see it tha... read more
