I seriously cannot rave enough about this place!! From the moment I walked in the door the receptionist was on top of things. I can’t tell you how many times I bit down when I wasn’t supposed to. They were so patient. The dentist that worked on my teeth literally understood I’m a single mother of two kids and pregnant so he tried to work best with my finances but also not leave me in pain! They are awesome.. From the receptionist all the way to the doctors..I had new dentures made three years ago in Ohio was not able to wear the bottom's from day one.. Moved to PA saw Affordable Smiles went in made an appointment they got me in right away made my new dentures it was Christmas in January for me..I can now eat the things I gave up three years ago and I now smile for pictures... I will brag to everyone about Affordable Smiles... Everyone there is great....

It was my first time there & immediately I got a bad impression. The dentist was o.k., very knowledgable. It was the staff that was horrible. They made me take un-necessary x-rays, & then when I had to see 2 specialists for my teeth they would not release my records, even if I paid for it. They were talking to me in an angry tone & said they won't release it to the 3 specialists I requested, lying, when I only requested 2. They were so immature to deal with. It has been almost a year since I have been in this office. I had a bad experience that landed me having to go to a second dentist. They fixed what they could of the damage, but could not fix it all because of insurance reasons. I was going to just let this go, but I was in the office to transfer my records and to be removed from the practice. I also wanted my son removed from the system. On November 16 I had a tooth extracted by Affordable Smiles in Meadville. It has turned into the worst dental experience of my life. It took 2 dentists about 45 minutes to get it out. When the Novocain wore off I felt like someone had hit me in the face with a baseball bat. The ony thing I am suppose to take for pain is Tylenol. The pain persisted through the weekend so I returned to the dentist on Monday to get something for pain. The dentist did not know what to prescribe because of other medications I take.
