I just wanted to let the general public know the dr finds it more valuable to spend time outside of the office, instead of staying to help a five year old child in severe tooth pain. class act. 0/10

Customer service not good
The doctors are friendly and knowledgeable and the staff are kind and really take their time to thoroughly explain their personalized plan for you as a patient. The atmosphere is warm and inviting and I absolutely love that it’s family oriented. Children of all ages are always welcome there and they do the best job at making them comfortable and happy.
You should be ashamed of yourselves . What a bunch of losers with no life. The staff are liars and so lazy they ignore young children in pain, waiting in their office. Don’t go here, and if you do, stop. These lowlifes deserve to go out of business..... unless you like being lied to and ignored.
Their staff are incompetent. My son is having bad mouth pain so I called today to set him up an appointment and they scheduled it for 3:30, they wanted to schedule it for 3:00, but I told them that was the time I get out of work, so they “accommodated” me with the 3:30 appointment. My son and I showed up at 3:35 and signed in. We sat in the waiting room, listening to the staff talking away, ignoring the fact that I had signed my son in. The windows are very revealing. The patients look like they are uncomfortably on display. Like you forcably try not to look at them and they try not to look at you and then everyone just feels weird.
