I fell and had to be admitted to the hospital the night before the reservation . I couldn’t call from the hospital. He says I canceled “too many times”Once!He would only refund me half the money. I won’t be using them.
Our travel from Arlington to Baltimore was made possible by their excellent customer service and friendliness. I will most certainly make use of Affordable Sedan Service once more.
Sam is the best! He picked us up on time in a clean, comfortable car with car seats already installed — all without me even officially confirming the booking (I was too busy traveling with toddlers). He was incredibly kind, patient with my screaming kids during a long 40-minute drive through traffic, and just such a relief to have waiting for us. Reliable, thoughtful, and professional. I’d book him a hundred times over again!
