These folks are excessively rude & non-communicative. My wife and I own a retail business and needed extra space for sorting and storing inventory. For over 2 weeks, he told us he'd have a unit available. He refuses to speak over the phone, rarely responded to our texts, and when he did respond, he was abrasive, short, and rude.
