I had a wonderful experience with Roger at Affordable Imports. There was a small issue in the beginning but Roger went above and beyond to fix the issue and kept his word and made sure i was completely satisfied. He is my go to guy from now on!
Affordable Imports went over and beyond for my family. A total of 5 cars have been bought through them, 3 for me and 2 for my mother, and not an issue with either one. Let me explain a little, my daughter crashed two, hail damage on mine. My mother bought the first one, two years later decided she wanted another. If I could rate this place a zero, I would. I warn everyone to stay away from these people...total scam artist scumbags.
I just bought a 2010 BMW 328xi form affordable imports/roger I had a few issues with the car that it would not pass pa inspection. I called roger and was ready for an argument. All roger had to say to me was bring it in and he would take care of it. Not only did he fix the problem he did a few extra thins on the car including not only did he replace one bad shock he replaced the other side for no additional cost. My car got hit and the driver side door was completely destroyed. I took it to affordable imports and they gave me an estimate for my door the paint and my trunk which I had dented also. Roger gave me a very fair price and once I got my car back it looks better than new, it looked like it had just come out of the factory I am very happy and amazed in how this turned out.
