My daughters initial appt was rescheduled 3 times by the practice, the third time it was rescheduled I was not even made aware of it, we arrived at the practice and it was closed and when I contacted them they advised me of the rescheduled appt that I was not made aware off. After finally seeing a dentist we booked an appt for a scan in 8 weeks, which was scheduled and I took a day off work for. From the initial consultation to the fitting of my denture , the technician was so thorough and precise. The follow up free check ups were done by very articulate technicians and the customer service team have a wonderful manner. Would recommend this business to anyone. Thanks everyone ☺️
Nice customer service but take too long to get my denture fixed. Still unsatisfied after a second visit. The product ( denture ) is not good it’s chipped off and can’t chew my food normally I had to swallow it straight away. I rung the head office and I make an another appointment on Thursday to fix it, let’s see what happens
