David was quick to respond to my request for assistance after one hot tub pump stopped working, which kept the heater from turning on, just as the freezing weather arrived (our tub is outside). He diagnosed the problem and quickly installed the new pump when it arrived. Another provider I contacted said it would be 3 weeks before they could even visit to diagnose the problem. Thanks David!
They were very responsive. A technician came promptly, and the hot tub was up and running.
We used the company through our American Home Shield. And they communicated so well (texted and everything) he came and fixed our pool pump that the original person screwed up. We have never seen our pump run so smoothly, they are awesome!
Absolutely the worst! Dave and his crew are dishonest. They overcharged us hundreds of dollars for work and parts they didn’t actually perform or provide! I had to call three times to find out where the hot tub filter was that they charged us for only to be told they couldn’t get one. It’s a standard filter I was able to find at two other companies in town. Do not trust them! The most unprofessional company I’ve ever dealt with. I had a hot tub that needed repaired. I called affordable hot tubs and reached Dave. He arrived The very next day to repair my hot tub. They are very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Dave quickly found and repaired my problem. They exceeded my expectations. They are my goto place from now on!
