If I could give ADT ZERO stars, I would. The problems started THE DAY they installed the system. The Google Nest/ADT equipment wasn't working properly before the installer even left. The hubs kept going black and STILL do. ADT sent another technician, and even he couldn't get them working properly. THE NEXT DAY, I texted the ADT sales rep IN WRITING that I didn't like anything that had been done. This place is terrible and can’t even talk to you all they care about is money and they are terrible. If you need help they won’t the will make you pay more money. Don’t chose this company.
