HORRIBLE SERVICE except for one guy. Waited in out COLD house with friends of mine for a few hours before my husband called to see if they were coming. The "technician" wasn't able to come to work that day because he had the "flu." Sounds like the brown bottle flu because as his coworker told us the day before, It was his birthday. It took us over a week to get our new inside unit installed. I called this company because my ac wasn't working. They came and looked at it and said I needed a new unit. They said we had a power surge and would cost us 1500 to replace. A friend of the family sent his friend from another company to look at it. He fixed it 30 minutes and it cost me 70 bucks. I will never use this company again.
