Brennan was early for the appointment to fix our a/c and quickly found the problem but continued to check the rest of the system to make sure it was running properly. We were dreading having to replace the unit but it only ended being a minimal charge to have us up and running. Thank you Affordable H&A They also installed our new hot water furnace a few months ago and no one else was in even the same ballpark with thier price. These guys are our first call from now on!
Had our furnace go down around Thanksgiving and after 2 weeks of trying to figure things out on our end, they gave us a reasonable price on a furnace, installed it on a Saturday for no extra charge. Fast forward to June 10th, thought been had a problem with a blower motor, service guy from Affordable tried helping us troubleshoot to save us a service call and when that didn't work, showed up quickly and again the weekend service fee was very reasonable. Would very much recommend this company to people.
They installed a geothermal system 2 years ago and it is still tripping the breaker almost everyday. They don't even know how to fix it. Frustrating.
Took nearly 14 hours to get here, and after telling us theyll work with home warranty multiple times by phone, technician showed up, refused to call and said he wouldnt work with us. When we said we would pay up front, he threatened to raise our hourly rate drastically if he had to deal with home warranty. He interrupted my wife while she talked, complained he had to work at night, and left without even looking at furnace.
Affordable is terrific! Last winter, on the coldest night of the year, our furnace quit working. Affordable came out to our house after midnight to repair our furnace! How many people would really do that? Thank you! You are a life saver!
