Thanks Adam & Jim. We're all toasty now! Excellent work, installed the new unit, and left the area in perfect condition. And the estimate was the actual cost too! No extra costs tacked on at the end! Wonderful! Couldn't have had a better furnace installation. Molly at the other end of the phone line was so helpful getting us all set with financing and a quick install date too! I'm glad we chose Affordable to do the work for us!
No one would answer the phone on Tuesday even though it was a holiday I mentioned on Facebook no one called me back on Wednesday even though they apologized I called this morning at 9 o’clock and they would not make an appointment they called at 5:50 tonight after I waited all day and said all we’ve been so busy we can come out but will have to charge you after hour fees. I called in on Monday for a service call I thought we could wait since we had heat but the blower was making noise. Well the noise continue to get louder needless to say we couldn't wait. I live in a mobile home so we worried about pipes freezing. I called back in and Chris showed up today and my furnace is fixed. Fast and reliable service in this weather. Chris was very professional. I had a 10:00 appointment for a clean and tune today, Pat called and said he was ahead of schedule and asked if it was ok to show up,early. Pat showed up and was very professional, he took the time to check over everything from my thermostat to every aspect of my furnace. After all was completed Pat even took the time to pet my Puppy who I kept in the kennel during the visit. Pat came to our home for a fall clean and tune up. He called and said he was running a head of schedule and asked if it would be okay if he arrived early (who says no to that!). He was very professional and the job was done quicker than i thought it would be. He even fixed the metal area that often gets caught on the filter!!
