2022 update...I am currently having my master bath redone because of water damage. Backer board used was not waterproof. There was no actual repair of the original damage, just patch work. Tile was not installed correctly. Definitely would not recommend. Hired David to fully remodel my master bath and full hall bath. They started the job quickly and were good about protecting my floors. He and his wife were in communication with me much of the time about any delays. I trusted David's workers. We have used Affordable Handyman several times over the years, and have always been pleased with the outcome. In addition to doing good work for a fair price, David is flexible and easy to work with. They have replaced a bay window with a new deck and French doors, replaced paneling with drywall, removed popcorn ceilings, replaced outlets, light fixtures and fans, rescreened a porch, and painted inside and out.

past work was good but doesn't respond to calls and text for additional jobs. had to get another company.

We had David and his crew tear down, extend and rebuild the roof and back porch. Then had the front porch screened in. Have been using then for many years.
