Jason was very kind when contacting him. He came to my home and discussed the dangers and risks of having the old garage door and springs from the 1950's. The bottom of the door was rotting as well. He was not pushy nor did he apply any pressure to purchase a new system from him. His professionalism and demeanor was genuine. I called when we couldn't get our garage door to come down. I assumed we would need a new opener. Jason consulted with me over the phone. He explained all the possible causes and gave me a list of things to try on my own. After about 10 minutes, the garage door was working again! It didn't cost me anything! Amazing service. Jason was very professional and had our door working again in under 30 minutes. Expected to need a new door but thanks to Jason’s integrity a repair was all that was needed for now. Will be a repeat customer when we need new doors and motors. Highly recommend!
