Move in process was quick and easy! Facility is clean and well kept and they always answer when I have questions!
Great experience at SHIFT Storage in Odessa! The facility is clean, secure, and easy to access. The staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!
I don’t want anyone else to go through the bad experience that my family and I went through renting in this place without any security for customers and their belongings. The main doors that give access to the storage on several occasions are open all day even on full weekends. When you make a complaint on the phone they seem to be very friendly but they don’t solve the problem and even leave you talking to yourself and hang up... for example a supposed manager named JUAN. Please don’t waste your time and money with this place. There’s no facility manager on site so any problems you have, you have to call their center, which they have no ability to know who runs the facility either. The power went out at the facility so we can’t access our stuff and we rented a truck to unload more stuff and since we can’t get in, we had to extend the truck another day which is more money out for us.
