Kim was very helpful and great customer service
Deb was the first person who I had spoken to who actually helped me cancel my unit (just needed it for the summer). Talking with anyone from the my place self storage phone number was a waste of time as I got different answers, and none of them worked. Def cancelled it with no problems at all. And she was really nice too!
the ladies in here...Ashley and Kimberly are always so nice. Everytime I go in there I spend 15+ mins talking to them.
All my stuff got stolen and i had insurance. The insurance is trying to fight me on paying it. Wouldn’t recommend. They’ve been having many break in’s and can’t help.
