It's unfortunate that everyone was EAGER and able to take card info and payment over the phone to get started. I'm having an issue now...and NOBODY has a clue. The onsight management doesn't seem to exist. The office is closed whenever I pull up. Today included. Each time I call...the rep is nice, but useless. My experience getting into my unit was disappointing. Effective communication would have changed all of that. Sunday the 2nd of November I submitted my lease agreement online. I was not able to get into it until Wednesday. The delay in accessing my unit was caused a traumatic injury within the managers family. 10:30 am the 3rd to I arrive to my rental with a sign on the office door saying "returning at 9". 10am the 4th: same sign and no one there. My experience has been wildly disappointing. Sunday the 2nd of November I signed up online to begin a rental the following day, Monday the 3rd. I usually prefer in-person business like this but I was simply avoiding waiting in line or at least doing my digital paper work at home so I could get into a unit faster.) BIG Mistake! The worst customer service everThey bought out public storage with no warning.No, support, no way to get into our unit.The gates wouldn't work only two days communication via email.To sign up a new account for your auto pay and then charged us a a late fee when we didn't even know the company was bought out and public storage had shut off our autopay. I've called three times because the gate wouldn't even open.This is so unacceptable
