Because I’m BIG in customer service , I so appreciate everyone I encountered on my first visit. I felt comfortable. I enjoyed the warm hello’s, and conversation ESPECIALLY because I get very anxious going to the dentist. My first impressions of this dentist’s office was very good. I have had a huge issue with anxiety surrounding dentists and my mental health was not the best for years prior to my visit, so my teeth definitely needed some work. They seemed very transparent and the dental assistants were great. (Shout out to the receptionist GiGi she is AMAZING). My issue comes down to the doctor. Visiting this office has been my best dental experience so far. The staff was so friendly, nice and supportive. The dentist was very kind and gentle. She suggested I get Invisalign and was very informative about that process. They did a great job!
