I am highly upset and disappointed, I scheduled an appointment a few weeks ago and I called many times to confirm my appointment, every single time the call went to vm and the vm box was full so I had to miss my appointment. Now I am several weeks out and I still have not been able to get in contact with anyone at the office. I am very frustrated as I have been coming here for years and would like to get these braces off soon!
