they are the most rude and impolite pass the buck act like I'm lieing about my apponitment receptionist!1st I get there and the first thing at hand is she dont have me down for today ? so I say yes u do at 330 PM. see looks again and then says here you are but it was this morning??ok I thought I wasn't in the computer??1st lie..2and is when I called for apponitment i told them I needed it pulled and they said it would be fine and they can do it mind you this was 2 weeks ago , then today she says they dont do extractions?.WTF... read more
RecommendedSuper nice folks yo work with. But please give us a local number as I need to reschedule an appointment and the phone isnt being abswered. stayed on the line for 30 minutes, finally gave up.
My first set of Dentures. With my best "Gollum " voice "We hates the dentures". This is after over two years of no teeth at all and I know this too shall pass! My wife is telling me the same thing the very kind and professional staff told me this will take time to adjust to, this is not an instant return of my old teeth. It is a little tough to understand how well I will like this later when you have two "Horseshoes " in your mouth. Everything was good until I make an appointment then I would be there for two hours waiting just for a 20 minute check up .. It was almost like the appointment didn't even matter .. I would almost say to make appointment then be here hour later you might get in
Our appointment was for 10:30. We show up at ten and still had more than a three hour wait time. No organization.
