I went to this location because last year I had such a positive experience. However this year it was a different experience. There was new front desk personnel and when I arrived the young lady said I will check you in. I was called about a minute after she said that. So they were prompt in that area hence the two stars. However it goes down from there. I was taken to the exam room 3 and I guess because was in a wheelchair I was not asked to get into the patient chair which is fine since they may have assumed that was better... read more
