Sadly, the worst experience that I have ever encountered in a Dental Office. The consultation was the only thing that went right, after that it all went down hill. With the exception of the receptionist, the staff needs sufficient training in patient care. Shoddy waiting room, exam rooms that are less than poised to do surgical procedures, and after mistakes, a manager and dentist that would not take the time to find out the continued problems and what would be needed to fix them. Some more fittings have to be done. Another appointment is needed. At this time, I truly hate these dentures! Please do not post!
My denture implant experience was brutally disappointing, they never fit right and constantly broke. I've made appointments several time to fix my denture plates for repaires, but was never a quality product in the first place. Now I have surgical anchors that are useless.
