The process started off well, but turned bad as it went on. After I had my teeth extracted and got my immediate dentures the follow ups went ok. At some point during the follow up process I noticed that the entire staff was new. There was no one there including the doctor that was there when my journey began. When I went in to get my permanent set at the six month mark I had to tell the tech that I was supposed to get the premium set. She was just going to put a hard reline in my immediate set. Very nice people. Doc Shah and his assistant was patient with me and took really good care of me. My implants looks so real
They made sure I knew everything they were going to do and made me feel comfortable. I wasn't nervous or afraid after Dr. Shah explained things.
Without a doubt this is the most efficient facility I have ever experienced. Timely, courtesy, personable, sterile and most of all affordable. All the staff were helpful and friendly. I will recommend to everyone who needs implants.
