I have been a custumer of DDS since early 2008. They have provided me a multutude of dental services, from a root canal to a denture. This is one organization that I admire because it has been apparent to me that they are contunually improving their process, the way they triage and schedule the patients, the way they handle their customer and how they are always better and more effective every time I receive any of their services. Went in today everyone was helpful and polite and no surprise cost .Gave me a written cost that was in my limits to pay.
This was my first time visiting the Dental Center and the staff was so polite and pleasant. I truly appreciate all the reminders I received about my appointment and how the Dentist explained the services and options to me. It was a relaxed environment. Last Thursday I went in for an schedule appointment for an upper denture. One tooth needed to be extracted and a crown had to be rebuilt. Thanks God that Dr. Kelsey was on duty that day. The whole dental procedure lasted nearly 3 hours. Dr. Kelsey, from now named DOCTOR PAINLESS did all the work and i did not feel the slightest pain.
