I had a very bad toothache for 2 days and decided to call them because my mother had been there before and she referred me to them. I called on a Sunday when they were closed and left a voicemail and they call me promptly a few minutes after 8 a.m. Monday morning and was very understanding and worked me in the same day. The girls were very professional and more than happy to help me. They tried several things to fix the issue. Then made another appointment for the doctor to look at the issue on Tuesday after.
THE LADY WHO PUT NEW O RINGS IN FOR ME WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND SWEET. I ASKED MORE QUESTIONS ABOUT COMING BACK IN FOR AN XRAY TO SEE IF THEY COULD ADD ONE OR TWO IMPLANTS ON ONE OF MY GUMS ( THAT HAD TO HAVE BONE GRAPHING THREE YEARS AGO). SHE ADVISED ME TO SCHEDULE TO FIND OUT. ALSO, SHE SINCE THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME TO REPLACE THE O RINGS, I DIDN'T HAVE TO PAY ! YEA! NEXT ROUND, YES I WILL PAY! A SPECIAL THANKS TO HER FOR BEING SO NICE!
My experience what's great everyone's very friendly and they take good care of me. My doctors always nice and explains everything in detail what they're going to do.
Staff are professional and friendly! Dr Tate was highly recommended and was kind and explained all my options. Erica was great as well.
