Seed and straw was in my estimate they removed the foundation and left a mud pit that was very messy first time back to my property since the fires and it is a mess. Did not get what I expected.
We hired this company to remove burned debris of our rental cabin in Gatlinburg, TN. They started the job and half way through the job demanded twice as much money as agreed on. I also found out they also cracked my septic tank after paying double, I have filed an insurance claim on this. Bad business. Hired this company to knock down and haul away the remains of our house that burned down in Gatlinburg took deposit nearly two months ago and no word from them at all and no work started. Ignores my calls. I live in Indiana but am coming down this week to get my money back. Had to hire another company to complete the job.
Got in town this week and all I can say is this is the worst company you can hire. My neighbor got their property cleaned up by Adkins Demolition from Knoxville and it looked great mine looked terrible and not all the metal and block was taken away bad thing is I paid twice as much as my neighbor did. I think they were in a hurry on mine.
Best company that I have had to do work for me there very respectful kind and there operator really know what he's doing highly recommend
