My computer issue was a simple one - suddenly no sound coming from my computer speakers. ACS (Tyler) was able to find the problem remotely in less than a minute - somehow Headphones had been added to my sound system even though I don't even own headphones, and they had become the default sound source. We have used ACS for several years for our computer services and support for our three business locations. They are great.
Tyler installed my renewal for anti-virus today . He did it in no time flat. ACS is by far the place to go for all your computer needs. Thank you.
