I had a major issue with my laptop, started out by taking it back to staples for help since it was only 4 months old. The tech manager said I would have to call Toshiba directly since he had no idea how to fix this problem. Toshiba escalated it to a level 3 laptop expert, who said I had to pay almost $200 just to try to fix it, but couldn't guarantee anything.
