Michael and Corean helped me with my move and did all the heavy lifting and complicated disassembly and reassembly. They were on time and efficient and I appreciated their help and professionalism.
this place sucks. dont ever work here . the owner a leave you hanging even if you a solid worker.
I was not satisfied. Arguably, I probably had more things to move than what I said on my form, but overall I thought the move would be a quicker especially since I moved into a studio. What was frustrating was that as one mover would work on a time consuming task (i.g. wrapping the couch, or adjusting the items in the truck), and the other would be waiting and would sometimes be on his phone. Took them over an hour beyond their estimated time to move my household goods due to my two movers disappearing at one point. When I called ACM to complain, they blamed "traffic".
Professional and friendly! Arrived right on time and were also quick and efficient.
