They tried to keep almost $1,000 of my deposit!! Watch yourself with this company. I leased with this company for a year and a half. Pierce was the only office personnel I was able to talk to until the very end, then I was able to speak with the accountant. My entire experience with Pierce was less than satisfying. He really does NOT care about you as a renter or as a human being. I mentioned safety issues to him several times and he constantly disregarded me. Charging tenant for a lock out without disclosing is a horrible business practice. Ask me if I wanted a key I said sure. Never once opened mouth to state it’s a fee. Because I have my other key you can get this one. I’ve asked multiple times for recommended vendors for basic hot water and never sent over. The property is always trashed which is bad for business as well there is no standard for other tenants and their store front. Honestly so it’s giving ghetto. Pierce, leasing agent, with AARealty is charging me $310 for a maintenance request. I asked, "When did you start charging tenants for maintenance requests?" Pierce said, "anytime we get clogs from food grease." I live in a condo community. My building has 4 tenants. Where's the proof that I clogged the line? Besides that, I have been a loyal tentant for nearly 4 years. This is my 2nd rental property with AARealty. I can count the times I've requested maintenance services.
