The lady who works there is extremely helpful and does an amazing job. However, the technicians are TERRIBLE! And I'm not exaggerating. Ive had to call three times for appointments. One time they didn't show up, one time they showed up and didn't resolve the issue, and this last time they not only didn't show up when the lady gave me the number they claimed they couldn't make it. I would just spend the extra money at a better shop for better service.

Recently purchased a refrigerator from them, got a good deal, and had it delivered. Plugged it in and it would not get cold at all. Unfortunately, they took a week to replace it (during which I lived out of an ice chest) with a refrigerator 2cu.ft. smaller missing a drawer, light bulb, and a balancing foot. Definitely NOT like for like. Just remember folks with this place you get what you pay for, don't expect great service!

So I went to the store to ask for a refund not knowing about the policy she had the worst attitude and was cursing at us as she took out her phone saying she got us on camera telling us that she has the right to refused service as we were polite to her while she said we were rude to her she would not give us the owner number and say that she's the manger and she didn't have to.
