Left work early to meet him at 3. Used up 3 hours of vacation time. At 5 I called to find out where he was. Said he was backed up and would be at my home shortly. Never showed up. Never called to explain why. Didn't answer his phone when I tried calling him at 7:30. His voice mailbox was full and wouldn't accept messages. Need I say more?
